Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: $9.99 for one shaker bottle. Additional items may increase the shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within the United States to destinations available at checkout.

Order Processing: Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Estimated processing and delivery times will be provided once established.

Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided by email when available.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Unused Products: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return of an unused shaker bottle in its original condition and packaging. Returns require approval before shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping: For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a damaged-item claim has been resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
